Mark My Words is wordprocessor whose native document format is Markdown for everyone that wants to get on and write structured documents without remembering all the tags.

Obviously markdown rules out many of the fancy features of modern word processors. But you do get all the basics:

• Table of contents (automatically maintained and hyperlinked)
• Headings (6 levels)
• Different text styles: Bold, Italic, Strikethrough, subscript, superscript
• Tables
• Insert images by referencing local files or URLs.
• Code blocks with language syntax highlighting.
• Foot notes
• Horizontal rules
• Spelling and grammer checker

Its written in Swift using SwiftUI for a small, responsive and fully native look and feel.

Along with the reassurance of using a simple open format. You are a user of the software, not a hostage of it.
